Located in a great zip code, Leafield #1 was the first of two houses REI Studio designed on the same street. Having identical floor plans, we were tasked with the challenge of creating two unique designs for the same house. The house had a 1980s chopped-up layout and had barely been touched since it was built. With a blank canvas, REI Studio was able to develop a new, restructured layout with a unique design that made the home feel larger and more functional than anything else in the area.

- Full project interior design, including lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring, paint colors, millwork, countertops, cabinetry, vanities, hardware, etc.
- Full project exterior design, including doors, paint colors, hardware, lighting fixtures, roofing style and color, etc.
- 3D Renderings of the exterior, kitchen, and all bathrooms.
- Full 2D Floor Plan redesign with an RCP lighting plan.
