Step 1
Property Details
You upload a 2D floor plan, scope of work, photos, and a video walkthrough of both the interior and exterior of your project to your seamless client portal.
Step 2
Floor Plan Adjustments + Design Creation
We’ll redraw your floor plan to optimize the layout, build the lighting plan, and space-plan the furniture. Next, we will source all of the materials for your project and organize them onto design boards.
Step 3
3D Renderings + Cabinetry Elevations
We bring your project to life with 3D renderings and cabinetry elevations to ensure we get the details just right.
Step 4
Presentation
We’ll do a 1-hour presentation for your project and discuss any additions or changes you’d like to make to any space.
Step 5
Hand-Off
Once you approve of the final design, we will provide you with the optimized floor plan, design boards, 3D renderings, cabinetry elevations, and a finish schedule of all materials chosen to provide to your contractors.
