Rolling Hill needed a complete renovation. Originally built as a Spanish-style home that did not match the market it was located in, we had to work with existing elements of the house to create a design that complemented the area, while staying within budget for the investor. REI Studio repurposed the original wood ceilings and Spanish-inspired masonry to create a modern farmhouse design that not only achieved top-of-the-market price, but also sold the project before it was ever officially listed.
